I have started adding this product to my morning green smoothies and it is wonderful. The taste is easily camouflaged by other flavors so the taste isn't an issue for me but I never drink it alone. I noticed that my craving for that afternoon cup of coffe was gone completely, which says alot about the quality and potency of this product. I am so giving other products from this company a try.

I also noticed, like the reviewer before me, that my craving for caffeine decreased when taking this blue-green algae. I take around a tablespoon a day, divided up into 2 servings. It actually makes me feel a little high when I take a lot at once (after stretching & meditating). My mind just felt very, very good. This is a big deal to me, as I have abused drugs rather heavily of late and have been feeling rather out of my tree.I have more energy, great dumps, and I feel my mind tingling. Awesome algae.

This is awesome!!! If you have had the Vitamineral Greens from this company, then the taste of this is not a big deal. I too mix this with Vitamineral. I was full of energy. The next day, I did not take it. That was a very sluggish day for me. I couldn't figure out what I did differently. Then it hit me. I hadn't had my shake. WOW. I have twice the energy with this product as opposed to the VItamineral alone. One thing I noticed is the deep rich color. This color lets you know that there is chlorophyll in this product. Chlorophyll is a known detoxifying agent. That deep color also tells me it is loaded with nutrients. Algaes are known to carry every nutrient required by the human body. It is a COMPLETE Superfood. Yes it is expensive, but I am rearranging my finances to ensure that I incorporate this into my budget. It is definitely worth. Health is wealth.
