This is a great device. It fits well and allows you total movement so you can wear it while you work, if you need to. There are two ice packs that come with it. I bought a bunch of extra ice pacs of a different brand that fit well just to have frozen when I need them. I move around a lot so I have some ice pacs at work, in the car and at home. I keep this Active Wrap always around me and use it a few times a day. It has really saved my shoulder so far! It is very well made and fits well.Caution: They make 2 sizes I believe. I bought the big one at first and was disappointed so I got a small one and it fits nice and tight! Unless you're really large in the shoulder and bicep, get the smaller one. And get a few extra ice pacs!Enjoy this fine product!Alan

I'm constatly abusing my body hunching in my chair for school, slinging drinks on the weekends, and abusing my body daily with exercise and martial arts. These products are excellent. Nothing I've seen compares with the quality of cold compression therapy that active wraps provide, short of an ice bath.

I bought this product to provide ice therapy after arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery. I wasn't able to get My arm in it completely for the first week, But I was able to use it anyhow. The strap holds it securely in place. The ice packets stay in the pockets and do not need additional closure. The main feature is that it provides great mobility.
