I have been using Curamin for about 4 months with great results. I bought it at a nutrition store and here is how they suggested I start it and maintain the effectiveness. Start with 6 capsules divided into three doses the first week. The second week go down one capsule to 5 per day. The third week lower it again by one capsule to 4 per day. Keep doing this until you notice a return of pain. Then go up to the level that helped you. I take 4 per day and am pain free from arthritis as long as I do it. Three capsules does not work for me, but four is like a miracle. Hope this helps someone who may not find relief with just three per day. I have recommended this to many family members and like most people I was pretty skeptical also of the claims made. But it does work for me.

I have had great results from taking Curamin. I started taking 2 3x/day in November, and it really helped stop the chronic pain. My sister-in-law started taking it in December (1 3x/day) for sciatica---she can now actually get up out of a chair and teach dance class! Her students can't believe it, after 2 years of such debilitating pain. As for me, I have regained strength in my arm and hand, can carry groceries/bags without a problem, and now take 1 2x/day if it starts paining me. Best of all, I felt pain relief within a few minutes after taking these pills--like pain pills.

Curamin is an excellent quality Turmeric supplement. Turmeric has many healthful properties including relieving arthitic pain, a great antioxidant, good for digestion, and fighting cancer. If you want an excellent turmeric supplement, this is probably as good as it gets.
