This otoscope was a great investment for my family. With my husband & I both being nurses we have used many different types of otoscopes. The viewing area of this otoscope is just the right size. I really like that I can adjust the brightness of the light with the dial that turns it on/off. I would suggest this item for anyone with children who get frequent ear infections.

I am an R.N who has 3 children that all had many ear infections/just produce an abundance of wax so I need an otoscope at home. I had one that cost the same from a baby magazine and liked that but this one blows the 1st one away. The New Professional Mom's Diagnostic Otoscope is easy to use and a high quality for the price.The con is that it does not come with a nice booklet about ear health/illness - what to look for...It did not even have instructions on how to put speculum in the ear for people that do not know which way to pull lobe for adult and child. The piece of paper that comes with it directs you to a website for pictures...I personally like to have the booklet in hand with other helpful tips and information that even as an R.N. I appreciated or learned from.Anyway I would highly suggest it for at home use!

I purchased the Otoscope almost 3 weeks ago and I have been very happy with it, very easy to use and GREATE price, i read lots of reviews before i make a desicion and this one came up with the most 5 star reviews. Comes in a hard case, and you only need the batteries, I believe is a must have for moms, my son have the tubes but still getting infections so this way I will know when we need to visit the Doctor.. Hope to save me many trips to the DOCTORComes with a 30 days Money Back Guarantee so I said to myself, "Let's give it a try since don't have nothing to lose"! Anyway I strongly recommend to any mom ! I hope it was a helpfull review!
