I wish I had time for a longer review but while re-ordering I saw that this product only had one and thought I should add a word. This clay has changed my life. I am a 30-year-old woman who has had worsening fibromyalgia-type symptoms over the past five years (joint pain and stiffness, worse in the morning). I read about this clay about four months ago and tried it -- I could feel a big difference in less than a week! Now, I sleep like a baby, my aches and pains are all but gone and I feel like a teenager again! Try it!!Update: It's important to drink lots of water when taking this product. I had a period where I got busy and too-little-water + clay = constipation. Reading reviews elsewhere, I learned that this can happen and that psyllium husk (metamucil) capsules are a recommended adjunct to the supplement. I've been taking them with the clay plus water and it's solved the problem.

This expensive product is almost identical to other products. If you're using this on a regular basis, I'd suggest you look into these other products: Azomite, and a general calcium montmorrilonite clay ("CM clay").Compare the contents of them, and you'll see they're almost identical. Azomite has a special name, as does Terramin, and they are organic, but CM clay is found deep in the earth and is the product of volcanic magma. There's nothing else in it by definition.Here are the data sheets for Azomite and Terramin, which you can use to compare what's actually in them. Some elements are given as percent (%) and some are given as "parts per." Terramin has 3 percentage points more iron, for instance, but they're both mostly silica dioxide (>55%).Please see the links in the comments section, as amazon censors them for some reason. (They aren't links to buy anything...)[...][...] (see page 5)Here's general information on CM clay, and also details how to make clay magma:[...]I've found that there are sites that sell calcium Montmorrilonite clay in bulk, and it's fractions of the cost of this. If you search for "green clays" online, you'll find the site. They sell in bulk, 15 pounds for $55, and it comes in a 2 gallon bucket.This is a good product, but the fancy packaging and the exorbitant price can really keep you from taking it as often as you might need to. You might want to check out the actual data sheets on them and see that they're mostly the same thing. Try various ones and find the option that is best for you.

So far, I'm liking this product.I believe that the detoxing aspect of this product is going to help me with my fibromyalgia. I do have more energy. I'm not down and out on the sofa by 2 or 3 in the afternoon like I was before. I started out taking the powder three times a week for a couple weeks, then increased to everyday. I've had no problems with it at all. No constipation...but, I do drink lots of water. Water is essential, if not to keep the constipation at bay then for the detox. The powder is not designed to do all the work. We have to do our part.
