Love the Kinesiology Tape

I have several problems with my feet--Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and arthritis. Using the tape really helps my feet and I don't have as much pain.

I bought this tape for my son who has issues with his shoulder and his knee. He loves it. He likes the fact that it stretches in so many directions. It supports his shoulder and knee as he continues an active lifestyle.
